Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and enable its largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities and build strong relationships with top enterprise customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer champions to drive product adoption
- Monitor customer engagement, identify trends, and provide recommendations for utilization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success within a SaaS organization
- Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and exposure to C-level executives
- Preferred experience in SaaS security, cloud security, or cybersecurity disciplines
- Familiarity with common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and M365
- Self-driven and motivated, with strong customer-facing and presentation skills
