Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and enable its largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales activities and build strong relationships with top enterprise customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer champions to drive product adoption
  • Monitor customer engagement, identify trends, and provide recommendations for utilization
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success within a SaaS organization
  • Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and exposure to C-level executives
  • Preferred experience in SaaS security, cloud security, or cybersecurity disciplines
  • Familiarity with common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and M365
  • Self-driven and motivated, with strong customer-facing and presentation skills
