Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premier Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive-level leaders across a portfolio of named accounts
- Partner with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to understand their business goals and challenges in the cloud marketplace
- Educate customers on cloud marketplace landscapes, best practices, and co-selling motions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Alliance Management, or Sales/Revenue Operations Consulting
- Documented track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention of technology products
- Advanced knowledge of the Cloud Marketplace ecosystem with hands-on experience in major Cloud Marketplaces
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
