Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 150-300 customers, focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion
- Proactively engage customers through calls and meetings to drive value and monitor health signals
- Identify and execute renewal strategies while seeking expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing a large or high-volume portfolio of accounts
- Proven success in achieving renewals, retention, or expansion targets
- Experience with scalable or tech-touch customer motions
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals/OKRs
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, Salesloft, or Salesforce is a plus
