Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market Accounts, remote in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the renewal process and develop strategies to increase customer investment
- Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
