Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market Accounts, remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead the renewal process and develop strategies to increase customer investment
  • Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
