Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee onboarding, relationship management, and retention strategies for enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structured onboarding engagements and align stakeholders on success criteria
  • Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations and deliver presentations to senior executives
  • Own renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities while tracking adoption and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a high-touch Customer Success role within SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR of $200K to $300K+
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and multithread relationships
  • Background in retail software or direct retail experience
  • Experience in early-stage startups, ideally Series A or earlier
