Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of their financial platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers during onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to enhance customer retention and engagement
  • Drive product adoption and gather customer feedback for product development and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of 50+ customers in a B2B environment
  • Experience driving product adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Comfortable leveraging data to analyze customer trends and measure success
  • Experience with finance, accounting, or payments-related products is a plus
  • CPA, CA, or CFA designation is a nice to have
