Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of their financial platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers during onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to enhance customer retention and engagement
- Drive product adoption and gather customer feedback for product development and improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing a book of 50+ customers in a B2B environment
- Experience driving product adoption, retention, and expansion
- Comfortable leveraging data to analyze customer trends and measure success
- Experience with finance, accounting, or payments-related products is a plus
- CPA, CA, or CFA designation is a nice to have
