Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services in legal or court reporting
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Development
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms and litigation support workflows is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
