Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage named customer accounts to unlock early and sustained product adoption and success with solutions
- Deliver established best practices at scale to support customer business value and outcomes
- Drive programmatic engagement with customers based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Proven relationship management or account management experience, preferably in SaaS or customer success services
- Ability to assess and create a usage adoption plan around business use cases
- Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configuration trade-offs
- A data-driven approach to customer management to prioritize risks and mitigate churn
- Experience with agile ways of working, project management, DevOps, automation, or IT service management
