Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Customer Success Account Strategy Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Strategy Customer Success Managers
  • Drive team performance against retention outcomes, service level adherence, and customer experience
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer needs and improve overall customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing function
  • Prior people leadership experience or strong experience coaching and developing others
  • Experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using team and account insights
  • Ability to navigate complex customer scenarios with professionalism and sound judgment
