Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline within existing accounts by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
- Manage inbound customer requests, ensuring alignment on pricing and conversion to revenue
- Coordinate new customer onboarding activities and maintain a portfolio of accounts to ensure high adoption and low churn
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a client-facing SaaS role
- Strong sales know-how and ability to multitask across multiple accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software
