Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline within existing accounts by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
  • Manage inbound customer requests, ensuring alignment on pricing and conversion to revenue
  • Coordinate new customer onboarding activities and maintain a portfolio of accounts to ensure high adoption and low churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a client-facing SaaS role
  • Strong sales know-how and ability to multitask across multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software
