Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead and enhance its post-sales customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the continuous improvement of the Customer Success program across the global customer base
  • Develop and implement strategies for renewals, retention, and expansion across customer segments
  • Operationalize and optimize the Customer Success tech stack to drive measurable improvements in customer metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in building and operationalizing tiered Customer Success programs
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Success technology and data fluency
  • Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
