Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through digital channels, connecting with Customers on a 1:1 and 1:Many basis
  • Represent customer advocacy to influence core product, marketing, and sales processes
  • Create digital content and playbooks to drive customer engagement and product usage
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
  • Experience creating digital marketing content preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in information technology, business, or finance preferred
  • Familiarity with tools commonly used in customer success, such as Salesforce and Zoom
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
