Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management within a relevant environment
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Solid understanding of order management and fulfillment workflows
  • Data fluency, comfortable interpreting account health metrics and KPI dashboards
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing a high-volume portfolio
