Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer onboarding and activation, ensuring successful implementation and training
  • Drive retention and customer health through regular check-ins and monitoring of key metrics
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with other teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and retain customers, with a focus on driving adoption
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to customer needs and issues
