Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve Customer Success processes to enhance team performance
  • Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers to ensure team development and success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customer accounts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive results across diverse stakeholder groups
