Job Summary

- Manage and improve Customer Success processes to enhance team performance
- Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers to ensure team development and success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
- Proven ability to build trust and drive results across diverse stakeholder groups
