Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of defense for customer issues by triaging, responding, resolving, and following up with urgency and clarity
  • Run onboarding and implementation sessions that are structured and set customers up for success
  • Proactively manage implementation timelines and coordinate across customer teams and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a similar role in SaaS or fintech
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple accounts and timelines
  • Working knowledge of APIs and ability to support customers with implementation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to build trust quickly and establish lasting relationships across multiple levels of a customer organization
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
