Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage, retain, and enable customers in the hospitality SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a growing portfolio of customers and assist in onboarding
- Develop and evolve the Customer Success department while analyzing customer success metrics
- Build and manage relationships with key partners and provide insights to enhance customer objectives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with vertical specialization a plus
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Excellent listening and presentation skills, particularly with C-Level executives
- Familiarity with the Avero platform, Salesforce/CRM, and internal processes is a plus
