Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and retain customers in the hospitality SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers and assist in onboarding
  • Develop and evolve the Customer Success department while collecting and analyzing success metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and provide insights to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with vertical specialization being a plus
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders
  • Familiarity with the Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM is a plus
