Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Ability to quickly learn compliance frameworks and demonstrate a willingness to deepen expertise
- Experience working with SaaS products and compliance automation software is a plus
- Bilingual in English
