Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 SMB customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform
  • Own growth and retention metrics, including renewals, expansions, and upsells

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager managing a large volume of accounts
  • Proven track record in handling renewals and upselling
  • Strong understanding of project management principles

  • Experience in HR or related fields is a plus
