Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer growth, retention, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 SMB customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform
- Own growth and retention metrics, including renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to maximize product adoption and customer success
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager managing a large volume of accounts
- Proven track record in handling renewals and upselling
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with standard business tools and ability to learn new ones quickly
- Experience in HR or related fields is a plus
