Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow customer relationships while ensuring customer value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Drive onboarding and product adoption while tracking customer business objectives
- Lead regular customer check-ins and proactively identify at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager
- Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices preferred
- Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
