Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow customer relationships while ensuring customer value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Drive onboarding and product adoption while tracking customer business objectives
  • Lead regular customer check-ins and proactively identify at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager
  • Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices preferred
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
