Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage customer support requests and analyze trends to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, particularly in underwriting or operations
  • Experience in customer success or client-facing roles, or as a project manager in software delivery
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
