Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers in the Corporate & Enterprise segment
- Act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, engaging with various levels including C-level executives
- Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying early issues to prevent complications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B account management or project management experience with Enterprise accounts in the US
- Experience in Financial Services is required
- Familiarity with CRM, BPM, and LC/NC solutions is preferred
- Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a changing market environment
- Proven track record in delivering customer success
