Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers in the Corporate & Enterprise segment
  • Act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, engaging with various levels including C-level executives
  • Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying early issues to prevent complications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B account management or project management experience with Enterprise accounts in the US
  • Experience in Financial Services is required
  • Familiarity with CRM, BPM, and LC/NC solutions is preferred
  • Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a changing market environment
  • Proven track record in delivering customer success
