Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring customer goals are met
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize product value
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers to ensure timely contract renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Proven success in meeting portfolio goals such as net revenue retention
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities across a multi-product portfolio
  • SalesForce or other CRM experience
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software and the social services sector is a plus
