Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales customer relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring strong engagement and support
  • Lead onboarding and early-stage engagement to facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to delivery
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and contribute to customer success planning and reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience managing B2B or enterprise customers, preferably in SaaS or technology services
  • Practical experience across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and retention
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot for tracking customer activity
