Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for managing key financial accounts and driving customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, ensuring high-touch onboarding and consistent value delivery for a dedicated book of business
  • Transition accounts from reactive usage to proactive strategic roadmaps, identifying critical workflows for deeper value
  • Provide technical advisory and training on the platform, translating capabilities into solutions for various use cases
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a technical role supporting complex SaaS/AI solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance workflows, including Sanctions, AML, Financial Crime, and TPRM
  • Mastery of the renewal lifecycle, including contract negotiation and commercial forecasting
  • High technical acumen with the ability to learn and train others on complex data platforms
  • Exceptional executive communication skills to convey value to senior stakeholders
