Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials preferred
- Proven track record in managing complex customer accounts and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience with CRM and project management systems such as Salesforce or Asana
