Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - UK Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sale partner, building strategic relationships with customers
  • Lead onboarding and training, monitor account health, and conduct regular business reviews
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials preferred
  • Proven track record in managing complex customer accounts and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience with CRM and project management systems such as Salesforce or Asana
