Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, PSA Verified to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain acquisition and delivery schedules for repack customers post-launch
  • Forecast future client orders for Vault Operations readiness and create check-ins for client progress
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve workflows and monitor client health
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the fulfillment ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in supply forecasting preferred
  • Strong understanding of Google Sheets, Docs, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with card collecting and trading is highly desirable
