Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes using their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of customer-facing teams to support sales and new business growth
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to prevent churn and ensure long-term retention

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Finance
- Minimum of five years of customer service experience in financial services

- Proficient knowledge of business processes, SaaS ecosystem, and CRM software
- Advanced skills in data analysis, organizational planning, and negotiation
