Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and activation, including implementation and training
  • Drive retention and monitor customer health metrics post-onboarding
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and retain customers effectively
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
