Job Summary

Customer Success Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success in the financial services sector by building relationships, driving platform adoption, and focusing on value attainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market financial services customers as a trusted advisor
  • Create and execute strategic adoption plans to ensure full platform utilization and monitor usage
  • Collaborate with customers to define outcomes, track success metrics, and manage renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and customer success principles
  • Ability to confidently present to and engage with customer executives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
