Job Summary
Customer Success Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success in the financial services sector by building relationships, driving platform adoption, and focusing on value attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market financial services customers as a trusted advisor
- Create and execute strategic adoption plans to ensure full platform utilization and monitor usage
- Collaborate with customers to define outcomes, track success metrics, and manage renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and customer success principles
- Ability to confidently present to and engage with customer executives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
