Job Summary

Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for driving client outcomes and revenue growth across publisher partners by managing account renewals, expansions, and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communications and strategic planning sessions
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure strong platform adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Publisher Partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with competing priorities
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of HTML and campaign setup processes is preferred
