Job Summary

Customer Success Manager is a full-time role responsible for onboarding, adoption, and retention of customers using an AI-powered voice agent, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and activation, including configuration and training
  • Drive retention by monitoring customer health metrics and managing ongoing relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of onboarding and retaining customers while driving adoption
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
