Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience with the company's product or service in a full-time role, focusing on post-sales strategy, account management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the customer's adoption strategy and account management to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and tailoring success strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity; technical experience in threat intelligence preferred
  • Proven track record in Technical Account Management or relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or Churn Zero
