Job Summary

Customer Success Manager is a full-time, salaried position responsible for advocating for customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic management and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead efforts to deliver value to customers by understanding their strategic outcomes and business challenges
  • Create and deliver success roadmaps that align with customers' unique business goals
  • Negotiate and close renewals while advocating for customer needs across departments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
  • Proficiency in quickly learning and understanding software products
  • Experience managing diverse tasks concurrently
  • Successful completion of a background screening process
