Job Summary
Customer Success Manager is a full-time, salaried position responsible for advocating for customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic management and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and lead efforts to deliver value to customers by understanding their strategic outcomes and business challenges
- Create and deliver success roadmaps that align with customers' unique business goals
- Negotiate and close renewals while advocating for customer needs across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
- Proficiency in quickly learning and understanding software products
- Experience managing diverse tasks concurrently
- Successful completion of a background screening process
