Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client growth through effective campaign strategies, this role is available at multiple levels and can be either part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands
  • Run onboarding sessions and lead campaign and business reviews to provide actionable insights
  • Advise clients on cross-channel strategies and identify expansion opportunities within the account
Required Qualifications
  • Junior level: 2-4 years of customer service experience; Senior level: 8+ years in digital marketing account management
  • Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels such as Google Ads and Meta
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise brands is a strong plus
  • Ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
