Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and execution in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies for clients
- Manage client communications, deliverables, and campaign execution
- Oversee client billing, budget, and forecast processes
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 3 - 5 years of experience in account management or client-side marketing
- Experience in email/digital marketing and campaign management
- Familiarity with customer journey development and multi/omnichannel marketing
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
