Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and execution in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies for clients
  • Manage client communications, deliverables, and campaign execution
  • Oversee client billing, budget, and forecast processes
Required Qualifications
  • BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in account management or client-side marketing
  • Experience in email/digital marketing and campaign management
  • Familiarity with customer journey development and multi/omnichannel marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
