Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for driving customer adoption and retention in a full-time remote role, guiding small to mid-sized finance teams through onboarding and product education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation of the platform
  • Build strong relationships with founders and finance leaders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer education resources and address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B SaaS
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and financial workflows
  • Proactive self-starter with an ownership mindset
  • Comfortable guiding customers through software onboarding and workflow setup
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment
