Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, who will work full-time in a remote setting, is responsible for building customer relationships, providing onboarding support, and proactively managing customer health to ensure success with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding support to new members in both B2C and B2B spaces
- Proactively monitor customer health signals and conduct save conversations with at-risk accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities and surface meaningful customer feedback to the Product and leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation
- Ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment
- Deep empathy for customer success and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals
