Job Summary
Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth in the K-12 education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer portfolios, developing strategic relationships and executing growth strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and addressing any signs of dissatisfaction
- Lead customer success initiatives and collaborate with sales to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education competitive landscape
- Excellent business development and negotiating skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
- Experience in a SaaS education company is a plus
