Job Summary

Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth in the K-12 education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer portfolios, developing strategic relationships and executing growth strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and addressing any signs of dissatisfaction
  • Lead customer success initiatives and collaborate with sales to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education competitive landscape
  • Excellent business development and negotiating skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
  • Experience in a SaaS education company is a plus
