Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing key mid-market accounts in a full-time remote position, focusing on customer relationships, retention, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts
  • Own the post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals and retention strategies
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships and provide value-added solutions
  • Experience in identifying revenue growth opportunities through customer relationships
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
