Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, seeking a full-time, salaried individual to build relationships, enhance customer experience, and contribute to sales and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own post-sales relationships with existing and new customers to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Help improve customer experience through data analysis
  • Maximize customer retention and contribute to tutorials and communications
Key Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management industry experience highly preferred
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
