Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, seeking a full-time, salaried individual to build relationships, enhance customer experience, and contribute to sales and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sales relationships with existing and new customers to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Help improve customer experience through data analysis
- Maximize customer retention and contribute to tutorials and communications
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management industry experience highly preferred
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
