Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, focused on creating a high-quality customer experience and ensuring customers derive maximum value from the program, working full-time in a hybrid or remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Resolves complex client requests and manages account demands
- Evaluates client data to prepare reports and implement action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Planhat, or Gainsight preferred
- Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but not required
