Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, a full-time remote position focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as the primary contact for trial and member organizations while providing training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product expertise and support to customers, translating lessons learned to enhance overall account success
- Conduct training sessions for users, onboarding them and explaining new features through various mediums
- Build relationships with decision-makers to drive customer success, renewals, and business expansion
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of account management experience with enterprise clients

- Ability to identify customer needs and key decision-makers effectively
