Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, a full-time remote position focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as the primary contact for trial and member organizations while providing training and support.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with occasional travel
