Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention while ensuring quality service delivery in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers to understand their business objectives
  • Lead contract strategy and renewal processes to drive customer retention
  • Manage customer experience and compliance by addressing escalated service and billing issues
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree required
  • Deep understanding of services, programs, workflows, systems, and processes across all lines of business
  • Proven ability in relationship management and persuasion
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of solution offerings and the competitive environment
