Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts to drive renewals and customer value through proactive engagement strategies, in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 300-350 accounts, focusing on renewals and retention
- Execute a scaled engagement strategy utilizing automated and targeted interactions
- Deliver insights and lead key customer initiatives aligned with customer goals
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Sales
- Experience managing a high-volume or scaled book of business preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive customer outcomes
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach is a plus
