Job Summary

Customer Success Manager, a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional support to users via various communication channels, requiring strong technical skills and a passion for aviation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage customer goals, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure satisfaction
  • Board and train customers to maximize software potential and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Pilot or Dispatcher experience, including military experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer success or a similar role
  • Experience in software and technical support
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of FAA/EASA regulations and flight planning is desired
