Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional support to users via various communication channels, requiring strong technical skills and a passion for aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer lifecycle data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage customer goals, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure satisfaction
- Board and train customers to maximize software potential and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Pilot or Dispatcher experience, including military experience
- Minimum of 5 years in customer success or a similar role
- Experience in software and technical support
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of FAA/EASA regulations and flight planning is desired
