Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes for accounts in the consumer packaged goods sector.

Key Responsibilities and Impact
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a proactive strategic advisor
  • Analyze customer usage patterns and business context to identify adoption gaps and growth opportunities
  • Champion customer success internally by advocating for improvements based on customer feedback and insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management with a strong understanding of trade spend complexities
  • CPG industry experience, particularly in deductions and trade finance, is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills to develop evidence-based recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and comfort navigating complex software
