Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes for accounts in the consumer packaged goods sector.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Build deep, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a proactive strategic advisor
- Analyze customer usage patterns and business context to identify adoption gaps and growth opportunities
- Champion customer success internally by advocating for improvements based on customer feedback and insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management with a strong understanding of trade spend complexities
- CPG industry experience, particularly in deductions and trade finance, is preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills to develop evidence-based recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and comfort navigating complex software
