Job Summary
Proactively managing customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will ensure clients derive maximum value from services, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate value to customers through proactive communication and threat intelligence sharing
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for long-term customer success
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing post-sales role within the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with MDR or cybersecurity services is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including C-Level Executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
