Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, coordination, and proactive account management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with clients, including regular check-ins and follow-ups after calls
- Maintain accurate account health notes and Jira tickets, ensuring timely updates and visibility on account status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, technical issues, and account renewals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and working with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to track follow-ups and action items
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Salesforce is advantageous
- Background in cybersecurity or AI/ML is a plus, but not required
